ABC Channel 5 signs off

Associated Broadcasting Corporation (ABC- 5) finally goes off the air by august 8, 2008 and will have a new face of informative programming the next day after. The company will merge into a malaysian-backed group that will change the face of regular programming that was brought by ABC for the past several years. This includes the popular shows which were performed and hosted by different artists like joey de leon, michael v, ogie alcasid, willie nepomuceno, dayanara torres, amanda page, allan k, ai-ai delas alas and so much more!

Here are some programs that became popular and was broadcasted by abc-5:

moymoy palaboy - new face of comedy.

just when you thought thAT you found the best comedy duos like barats and bereta , tow or two chinese boys, and porkchop duo (what is leaf called in japanese?? answer: honda - just a spoof - because the filipino term for leaf is DAHON. Ü), well why not try moymoy palaboy, the newest and currently rising duos in the world of internet, these two guys do something crazy in front of their cams while lip syncs the greatest and the latest songs like girlfriend by avril lavigne, low by flo-Rida, and Wannabe by the spice girls. Aside from that hilarious acts on youtube (yes! they were discovered by youtube!), the duos also include an old woman doing some household chores! Ü the old woman didn't know that she was actually recorded while doing that!!

i include their latest video: no one by alicia keys because according to them, alicia was coming to the philippines by august 5 and they truly love the songs of alicia keys!
