It is been a while since i changed my ISP from a good company that offers a wireless broadband. Their services are good but i have second thoughts on the services they're offering , the plan that they offering was very suitable for me at the first place because i just want to check my e-mails, research for my assignments, downloading mp3s etc... but as time goes along, i have the need of a faster and a better connection to organize other things such as uploading my proposed system to a web host, downloading videos and games from a web host, and somewhat watch movies and videos online.
That's why i switched to a non-wireless connection, but still, i have to decide whether i go for a DSL or a cable. That time, my mother has two landlines with a MSF (monthly service fee) of 1,400+ so i asked her, "mama, pwede ko ba gamitin yung isang landline para sa DSL ko?" she replied, "hindi pwede, naka-advertise yan eh" then i said to her "ok lang naman yun eh hindi pa din busy kahit nagiinternet ako." then she replied: "talaga? magkano naman?" i told her "P 1,995" pero 2mbps na ko. then she strongly disagreed. "mahal" sabi nya.
From that note, i have no option for a DSL because my mother utterly said that the service was too expensive for her it will cost her almost 2,700 per month on 1 landline only.
Then, i found out of your cable tv service through my neighbor, at first, i already know that you have a internet service. so i called your Customer relations and inquired about i-blaze (this name was a cool name, eh?) and one of your CSR told me that you have a bundle of cable tv and cable internet for only 1,200 with a speed of up to 512kbps. personally, i want to say that this is way cheaper than my former ISP. i'm paying them at 999 a month without a cable tv and only has a speed of up to 384 kbps!
However, i have the plan of 1mbps internet and cable tv for only P1,450 (that is still cheaper than my former ISP).
What do i want to request is that, your technician and Linemen, "Nolan" was a friend of mine, we became friends because he's the one who installed my ISP and teach me how to configure it. everytime i have a problem with my connection, there was a co-incidence that he always is the available technician to repair my problems on internet. so from that, i ask him, how can i further make it become faster my ISP, he said to me that i have to contact "Sr. raymond" and request for a corporate account.
and with that note, i'm formally requesting a corporate account for my existing ISP with i think has a rate of P1,995 per month? i'm just not sure with this price but if this right, i'm excited to grab that subscription as soon as possible! i'm a active subscriber of cablelink for years now and i would like to have you as my ISP for a long term!
